Studi Professionali Integrati was founded in 2000 when four separate business consulting firms merged to provide a full range of professional services:
- Sernaglia, Bottari e Associati: Accountants and Tax Advisors
- Sernaglia, Caverzan e Associati: Lawyers
- Lizier, Bottari e Associati: Labour consultants
- Punto Exe: IT consultants
The need for gathering these professional services into one central business unit was defined based on specific requests from clients who wanted greater rationality in the use of external consulting services.
The founding partners agreed that the term “business consultancy” naturally implied the integration of all key professional services for companies, such as tax and corporate law, advice on legal and employment matters, IT consultancy, general accounts management and HR management support.
Therefore, based on its combined experience, Studi Professionali Integrati is able to provide much more effective and comprehensive services with high specialisation.
The four Professional Firms of the network are based in three principle offices in the same city:
- Corporate law, advice on tax and legal matters
- Labour consultancy and accounts administration
- IT consultancy services
